About the Global Fragrance Summit

The Global Fragrance Summit is the International Fragrance Association’s (IFRA) flagship event. It is an important opportunity for stakeholders in the fragrance sector to come together to learn, debate and analyze collective challenges and trends.

Global Fragrance Summit 2023 will be taking place from 5-6 December 2023 at the Geneva Marriott Hotel and online. 2023 is a special year for IFRA, as it marks the 50th anniversary of our founding in Geneva a half-century ago. IFRA has supported the safe use and essential nature of fragrance ever since.

The theme of this year’s Global Fragrance Summit is Past, Present and Future. It will be a chance to reflect on how the sector has changed and grown since its creation – and including how the science of its products and standards has evolved.

 

Payment Terms

The payment must reach Kuoni Tumlare Congress within 14 days after booking. The early bird registration has to be paid by 31st July 2023, otherwise, the registration will be changed to a regular fee. Payments are possible by bank transfer or credit card. The final invoice will be sent to all the registered participants only after the conference and at no charge.

 

Changes % Cancelation Policy

All cancellations need to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in writing (globalfragrancesummit@kuonitumlare.com) at any stage prior to or during the event.

Substitutions can be made anytime and must be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in writing (globalfragrancesummit@kuonitumlare.com), except for complimentary registration (if you are invited to the conference).

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in writing at any stage before or during the event. Changes which result in a partial or full refund are subject to an admin fee of CHF 30.- per refund. All necessary refunds will be made after Conference.

  • Until 3rd November 2023: 100% refund fewer administration fee (30- CHF)
  • From 4th November 2023: no refund can be made

 

Data Protection

We inform you that your data will be added to the Organization's database for information related to Global Fragrance Summit 2023. By filling out the application form, you authorize the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and Kuoni Tumlare Congress to use your data for the mentioned purposes. Both Kuoni Tumlare Congress and the International Fragrance Association respect your privacy and will protect the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed by the applicable laws, in the light of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). (GDPR). To exercise your right to access, rectify and cancel this information, please get in touch with the Congress Secretariat.

 

Liability

Kuoni Tumlare Congress shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva. Kuoni Tumlare Congress will not accept liability for individual medical, travel, or personal insurance. It is highly recommended that all participants carry proper health and travel insurance. Organizer shall not be liable for refunds should visa not be obtained.

 

Important

If Kuoni Tumlare Congress is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such an Event cannot be conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a "Force Majeure"), Kuoni Tumlare Congress shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant. If the affected Event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the event, then Kuoni Tumlare Congress will reschedule the affected event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.
